Creating new monsters from scratch

Hey, I'm wondering how to use Hero Lab to create Pathfinder monsters from scratch. I really love HL from when I use it to play Mutants and Masterminds, and I ask because when I start running pathfinder games I have a lot of 3.5 and 2nd edition dnd monsters I want to convert and update.

Also: Can you create new templates for monsters in HL?

You would need to use the editor. Just go to the monster tab and mess around from there.

And yes, templates are also something you can create in the editor.
