Drow as PC

I'm sure I'm just being a dolt and not seeing the option but I've got a player looking to play a Drow When selecting it under race it says it's only available as an NPC. Is there a box I forgot to check to not make that be the case?

I do believe you must pick the Elf race and then pick a subrace under the race tab.
