Archery Mastery?
 

Just to make sure I'm not missing something, is the Archery Mastery feat for Rangers not working right? It seems like what it probably should be doing is adding the two Expert Archer class features as available at-wills for the ranger (probably with an exclusion), but it doesn't seem to currently be doing anything. Or does it work in some inobvious manner?
