Editing 4e data that is incorrect?

I think I have found an error in the 4e data and wanted to fix it. (The double sword is a heavy weapon and it is being listed as Light) I can not find a way to do so. I call the editor up and I can edit nothing. I can make a new data file to edit but that also doesn't get me to the original data. Is there a way to correct the data?

Alright I found the answer in a earlier post but I am not seeing any damage on my character sheets. Is there a toggle for this.
