Starfinder variable level spells

Either I'm missing it, or the capability is not there.
I just reached the ability to cast 2nd level spells with my Mystic. I am now trying to input that I learn the 2nd level version of Mystic Cure. Is the feature not implemented?

Click on Mystic Cure to open it's details. Scroll down to the bottom and there should be a section for "Spell Level" with an incrementer. Increase that incrementer from 1 to 2.
