How do I add custom spell to wizard spell book?
 

I'm currently looking for a way to add custom spells, for example lets say I want to add this spell.

Custom Spell
Level 3 Cleric Druid level 4 Wizard?
School: Abjuration
Components: V & S (and a non costly material).
