Optional Rule - Increasing specialized skills
 

Does HL automatically adjust for the optional rule where when you increase a specialized skill to 50% and at 90% all other associated specialized skills automatically increase by 10%, not to go above 50% or 90%, as appropriate? The book even states that this is the case during character creation as well.

Will HL automatically do this or is there an option to turn on for it to take effect?

No, this has to be done manually at this time.

So I would just manually add the additional 10% to each of those skills via the same method as your previous advice to me when I asked about Experienced Investigators, correct?
