On Thursday morning (March 21) at 10 AM Pacific time we plan to take account/sales server down to roll out some updates. New logins to Realm Works and Hero Lab Online will be unavailable for approximately 30 minutes. The online store and account management website will be unavailable for approximately 1 hour.

We are tentatively planning to roll out a small update to the account/sales server Friday morning (March 22), most likely at 10 am Pacific. New logins to Realm Works and Hero Lab Online will be unavailable for a minute or two.
