On Wednesday morning (February 5th) at 10 AM Pacific time, we plan to take Hero Lab Online, Realm Works, and our account/sales servers down for maintenance. We expect up to about 30 minutes of downtime, though it may be less.

On Thursday morning (February 6th) at 10 AM Pacific time, we plan to take Hero Lab Online down for a short deployment for about 5 minutes. We expect to be back up by about 10:05 am.

On Wednesday morning (February 12th) at 10 AM Pacific time, we plan to take Hero Lab Online down for maintenance. We expect up to about 30 minutes of downtime, though it may be less.

We plan to briefly take down Hero Lab Online for a hotfix deployment for about 5 minutes at 3:55 pm pacific today. We expect to be back up by about 4:00pm pacific.

We will also be restarting our account/sales server so new logins to Realm Works will be unavailable as well.

We will be taking our account/sales server down for maintenance for about 15 minutes at approximately 3:10 pm pacific today. During this time, new logins to Hero Lab Online and Realm Works will be unavailable.

The store and account management websites will be down for maintenance until about 5:00 pm pacific.

Additionally, we plan to deploy an update to Hero Lab Online at approximately 5:00 pm (the exact time is TBD). The service will be unavailable for about 5-10 minutes. We will post here when we have a definite time.

UPDATE: The Hero Lab Online deployment mentioned above has been delayed until Tuesday morning (Feb. 25th) at approximately 10 AM pacific. The store and account management websites will be closed until the morning as well.

UPDATE: The deployment is now in progress, however it is taking longer than expected. We expect to be back up by about 10:30 AM pacific.
