2.44 - Empire is out!
 

A day later than intended, had a bit of trouble with the Bretonnian issue, but here it is! Empire, Halflings and various bug fixes. As always, I've tried to break files, but you may find something I've missed.

Next month will see the White Dwarf SoM rules added.

Edit - due to HUGE composition bug (that has been there for 2 years, shame on you lol) updated files.
