And a Continuous Lasting does allow for saves after the power isn't maintained. It's only while you maintain it that there's no saves.

Ah. Yeah, I guess I could also see that interpretation of it.

Working from the answers in this thread, I think your interpretation could fit. Depends on how you interpret Continuous.
