Inquisitor - Sanctified Slayer Archetype not present

The source is the APG. But I have the APG and it's not available in HL.

So why isn't it available according to the APG?

Look again. It's in the Advanced Class Guide.

Is he thinking of the Advanced Pclass Guide?

I just looked at the link you've given and it states the source as the Advanced Class Guide - ACG, not APG.

Open up the character you want to apply the archetype to in HL. Press "CTRL-K" and confirm you have check marked the ACG for this specific character.
