Unable to sign in to account`
I apologize if this is not the right place for this, but during one of the Windows updates Hero Lab was uninstalled.
I went to re-download, but am unable to sign in to my account. In fact, the sign in page tells me there is no account with my email attached. How should I proceed? I sent an email to the support address a few months ago, but have not heard anything back. |
