On Mon. (Jan 31) we will be taking Hero Lab Online down for maintenance at 2 PM Pacific time (10 PM UTC). Expected duration of downtime is 5 minutes.

The account/sales server will be undergoing maintenance for approximately 20 minutes on Monday Jan. 31st at 10:55 PM Pacific Time (in UTC: Tuesday, Feb. 1st at 6:55 AM). New logins to Hero Lab Online and Realm Works will be unavailable during this time, but users who are already logged in prior to the maintenance will be unaffected.
