Do you pay the same for web hosting? That is the more direct comparison with the web interface to realm works.
As I understand it, RW cloud service will allow my players to view revealed content within the most recent uploaded RW file. If that is what you mean by hosting, then yes it does.

It is the best tool out there, IMO, for organizing and managing game setting information. Even in it's current incomplete state.
It's definitely meant for running a game. It could use a lot of improvement there but it has tools intended solely for that use.
