Fetishes

Not sure if this is a bug or im doing ssomthing wrong but when i purchase a fetish it will not let me assign a spell to it. i have selected my spells first and have tried both having fetish checkbox selected and not selected

Does the category of the fetish match the category of the spell you're trying to find?
