I can't duplicate this error currently. Can you tell which packs you have installed?

Off chance HL hasn't dropped into demo has it? Because it looks like you don't have the APG or Unchained packages running.

Sigh....For some reason the machine I use for 3PP content development has lost it's license association and I have no idea which license "belongs" to this machine. Double sigh....

Didn't pay attention when it loaded...Thank you. Problem clearly exists between seat and keyboard tonight.

It would appear you loaded the GM Mythic Pack without having the official license for Mythic Adventures. You also loaded the Unchained Pack without the official license for the Pathfinder Unchained.

If you think you have these or just purchased those licenses make sure you have done a reactivation of your license.

That was it exactly.

When the errors first occurred with the pJump, I tried updating ALL the Community files manually . . . without thinking I might add. My bad. Thanks for the quick assist.

The Dreamscarred Press Ultimate Psionics classes don't have any powers showing up on the iPad but the validation messages tell you to choose powers.

This is a KNOWN bug in the iPad and not in the Psionic addon itself. In other-words I can't fix it. :(

Please put in an official bug report about it and if LW gets enough they may fix it in a future update.

That would be nice. Its a bug reported that has been submitted a few times to LW. I figured it required "X" number before it was to be fixed as I am pretty sure your the one that told me about the issue a year ago. :)

Handling Psionic Dorjes and Power Stones.
 
Hello, I've got a question regarding handling power stones and dorjes.

Specifically how do I handle them, I would use scrolls but the scrolls dont search for manifester talents and powers. I was wondering if it would be possible to have it slightly modified so they have a new - Create Custom XXX - made based on scrolls but allow them to work for psionic powers.

Also, I have a prestige class that is designed around creating higher wands/potions etc from spells of a higher level than 4th. Is there a way to override the error that says, "Cannot create potions/wands from spells of a higher level than 4th."

That would be possible, though it would require some experience with authoring kit stuff to modify an existing form, or create a new one, probably.

Have your class increase the tWandMaxL and tPotMaxL herofields

In ShadowChemosh's Equipment, there is a spellbook that calculates the number of pages and cost of spellbooks. When a specialist wizard is created, it seems to count them having every 0 level spell in their spellbook even tho they are nopt supposed to begin with opposition school spells. The Spellbook in the Wizard tab may show 18 spells in the spellbook, but the spellbook in the Gear tab will show 20 pages used. Am I missing something?

Yeah, not exactly what I meant.

A dorje (wand) and power stone (scroll) function in similar manner to scrolls and wands. The difference is that a dorje and power stone are for psionics where as scrolls and wands are for arcane and divine.

I cant simply use --Create Custom Wand -- or -- Create Custom Scroll -- in the magic item tab to create either a dorje or power stone because the scrolls and wands are limited to only SPELLs not psionic talents and powers.

I am thinking it wouldn't be all that hard to modify the script used for custom wands and scrolls to look for talents and powers for psionics instead of spells for arcane/divine spells.

Honestly its like your missing the basic building blocks in HL. Are you running in Demo mode? The 3PP Pack requires a minimum set of licenses of the CORE Pathfinder, APG, UM, and UC. Do you have those? I mean how can you be missing a damage tag of 1d3?

The Dorje is in UP pack and is available right now. So not understanding the question? If asking how to modify Gizmo's I would ask that you make a new thread. Its been on my list to make a - custom dorje - Thing but its still on the to-do list as creating Gizmo's is not the easiest thing to do as its done outside the Editor.

To add a Dorje turn on Ultimate Psionics go to the Magic tab and type in dorje. Then add it to your character and pick the Power you want. That will calculate the cost. Then you can use the Journal tab to spend the money.

yes I have APG, UM, and UC. I have verified my licenses so i dont think im running in demo mode.

What system are you running on? Windows or Mac or something other OS?

I am confused as I can't duplicate this set of errors at all... Can you tell me all the third party packages or user files you have running?

The following Packs have been updated. For details click the links:
Highlights:
1) Fixed load errors with next version of Pathfinder. Thanks Lone Wolf! Because of Gen Con and so many people being on the road next week LW let me test the community Packs vs the next release of Pathfinder. So the few issues that would have happened are fixed! :D :) This should mean smooth sailing and fun for those at Gen Con!

2) More Path of War archetypes and fixes! :D

3) Legendary Games - Ultimate Battle added. You do need the Ultimate Campaign license to take advantage of these Army rules.

4) More feats from Races of Eberron added!

5) Ultimate Psionics - Fixes.

Where do I find the Ultimate Battle stuff? I've updated to the latest GM Mythic pack & can't seem to spot it in the character options (ctrl-k) menu.

Just a quick note. I have a few pages of stuff still to input for Ultimate Battle but I had to get the Packs out so they would be ready for Gen Con. I should be able to finish the last few pages of the PDF for next release. :)

I do plan to input Ultimate War after Ultimate Battle. I am using these in my own Campaign so really need this in HL.

Any chance aerial units will make it in as part of Ultimate War (specifically airships)? We're at the end of Kingmaker now & I've fudged my way around them to this point in time.

Should yes. I am not there yet so don't want to say guaranteed yes but I will do my best to get them in.. :)

No current no plans but that could always change in the future. I do really like the stuff from LG as I am finding it be up to Paizo quality work. But why I need the "combat" rules for my campaign 'rulership' and relationships is not high in my players lists of thing they find "fun". :(

Bug Issue

Not sure if it's a bug or just able to make HL perform the action, but when I tried to add a level of Dread with the Nightmare Constructor to my character, I was unable to make a Horror. Like I said, not sure if it's a bug or just HL not letting the Eidolon mechanic be added like that, but I figured I would at least point it out.

Downloaded and installed Basic Pack 3.13. Favored Enemy is still appearing twice under the Specials tab. This occurs both on a previously created and new character. Release notes indicate this should no longer happen.

Opps so I changed the "Sneak Attack" and "Favored Terrain" ones and missed "Favored Enemy". My bad this will be fixed in the next release. :(

Just an FYI I am heading to Gen Con this year myself (leaving tonight) so hopefully no issues as it will be hard for me to fix anything. I will also be slower to answer any questions or see posts. :)

In the Pathfinder 3PP pack there seems to be an error with the Aegis Aberrant Archetype. I believe it is adding +2 natural armor at level 1, +1 per level, and +1 per 5/levels (so 26 natural armor at 20).

As far as I can tell, it should be +1 at 1st level and +1 per 5/levels (so +5 at 20).

I have checked the book and the psrd site, but I may have missed something, though this seems like a bug to me.

Found a error with the Psychic warrior archetype meditant. When selecting the Feral Combat Training feat at 8th lv. its still needs weapon focus.

So, I downloaded all of these community packs, and then I got this error:

My advice is to read the Install Instructions HERE or the messages when you install.

You MUST have specific official licenses when you install. So if you installed the GM Pack and have NO bestiary licenses it will fail to load.

When installing a Pack in "red" letters is a list of the "official" licenses you must have to use the pack you are about to install. If you don't have those licenses HL falls into "safe mode" after displaying error messages.

I would "delete" ALL the Packs. Then check which ones you can install and just install ONLY those. Installing "everything" because its free is not a good plan. :(

So I did some poking around. You did put an eval script in the Horror feature to call up cEidolon, however the Eidolon's race needs to have the Dread class approved to choose that creature. The base Eidolon's entry is hidden somewhere, so I couldn't copy it to make a Dread enabled version. I COULD find the unchained version, however. Bad news is, each version of the eiolon is a seperate entry, and you can't just copy the existing version and rename it, as the unchained is locked against saving. Means taking the long method and creating each version by hand, giving them the Eidolon tag, and then giving the Dread tag on top of that. Very frustrating.

I hope you can find and easier way than I did.

I'm trying to make an unchained monk zen archer, and it does not appear to be granting any of the feats that you're supposed to get. Perfect strike, way of the bow, point blank master, for example. I have all the pathfinder books currently available from hero lab, but I am not sure if I am doing something else wrong?
