Is "Pact Magic Unbound" available as a 3rd party add on?

Could someone tell me if the book "Pact Magic Unbound" is available as a community 3rd party source?

If it isn't can I request it? Would anyone else like it added? I bet entering all the info could be hard work so I wouldn't want anybody to spend the time to do it if nobody else is interested in using it.

I'd certainly want it, though I'd update my request to the more recent Grimoire of Lost Souls product.

I'm working on Grimoire of Lost Souls, but it will be years before it's complete. I'm still on 1st level spirits.

i love the Pact magic stuff - sadly, the coding of HL has so far eluded me.
