Ally House Rule Trouble

In my game we use regular spirits as allies. I've copied the Ally and entered the data for the individual spirits. But even though it says they can be used with Hero Lab they don't show up. I've attached my file just in case anyone can look at it and tell me what I'm doing wrong.
