Feat not appearing in list
 

I'm sure I'm overlooking something simple here.

I created my custom monk feat. I can select it and it is working.
Unfortunately, it doesn't show up on the general feats list like the others do:
I select Deflect Arrows and it is on the Monk tab AND the Feat tab (in green).
I select NewFeat and it is on the Monk tab, but does NOT appear on the Feat tab.
What did I forget?
