A minor hardware upgrade is being performed on Thursday morning (Aug 30th) at 10 AM Pacific time that will impact both Hero Lab Online and Realm Works. We've been informed that this upgrade will require no more than 15 minutes by our hosting provider, but everyone should assume that it may take longer, as we won't be doing it ourselves. As soon as the upgrade is completed, we'll bring everything up right away.

We got word from our hosting provider has been able to make the change with no downtime.

We're going to be doing an update to Hero Lab Online today (Thursday, 8/30) sometime in the next hour. This should not require any downtime, but its possible something could go wrong which could necessitate a brief period of downtime. We're hoping that doesn't need to happen, and will keep you posted.

NOTE: Once the fix is live, you will need to refresh your client to get it.

Tuesday morning (September 4th) at 10 AM Pacific time, we will be doing some maintenance on the servers involving the Realm Works servers and Hero Lab Online. The expected downtime will be around 1 hour.

The maintenance is completed and both Hero Lab and Realm Works are back up.

We're planning a combined release of Hero Lab Online and our account login/sales server Wednesday morning (9/12) at around 10am Pacific time. We expect downtime to last approximately 1 hour.

Because the account server is involved, new logins to Realm Works will also be unavailable during this time, as well as sales for both Realm Works and Hero Lab Online.

Changes to the account server have been rescheduled and will not be occurring as part of the release, therefore there will be no impact to Realm Works logins and/or sales.
