From the announcements thread:

On Wednesday morning (May 15) at 10 AM Pacific time, we're planning on taking Hero Lab Online and our account/sales server down for maintenance. We expect up to about 15 minutes of downtime, though it may be less.

Because the account server is involved, new logins to Realm Works will also be unavailable during the maintenance.
