Might be a bug in Growth with Density extra

Trying to use Growth with the 0 point mod for density which by the MM2E3E Conversion pdf does not modify size, speed, or skils.

Yet it still applies the negative modifiers for growth to those two defenses.

Maybe it's been addressed before and I just haven't found it, or there's a rule I've missed someplace in the source material as I've only recently found the M&M d20 system.

Any help is appreciated.

It's a construct that appears in the conversion document, but not in the DCA or M&M3 rules, so Hero Lab doesn't have a special construct for it.

You can buy the equivalent in Hero Lab by using Enhanced Trait (+1 Stamina and Strength, -1 Dodge and Parry) with a note that there is a Complication: Increased Mass.

(This is assuming that Dodge and Parry are supposed to be affected, which I admit I'm not clear on by the wording in the conversion document. If Dodge and Parry are not supposed to be affected than I guess Increased Mass is supposed to be a Limit instead of a Complication).

Thanks for the response Charlie ... Glad I'm not the only one who's a little confused by this.

Any rules masters out there with any other thoughts/opinions?

As far as I can tell from the examples in the Roll Call sub-forum on the Atomic Think Tank, the common assumption is that the defenses are affected, and given that defenses are kind of their own category of traits and 3e is really fussy about what is significant enough to be considered a Limit on a Power, I'd go with that unless you hear something official to suggest otherwise.
