8.4 Installation Error

I'm running into an error while installing 8.4 that I'm unable to work around. It happened during the automated update and is happening on subsequent re-installs.

Have you tried uninstalling the old version, and then deleting the C:\Program Files (x86)\HeroLab folder manually, before trying a reinstall?
(You probably want to save your portfolio files first, if they are stored somewhere in that folder tree.) |
