[COMPLETED] Brief Maintenance Today @ 3:10 pm pacific and approximately 5 pm pacific
 

From the announcements thread:

We will be taking our account/sales server down for maintenance for about 15 minutes at approximately 3:10 pm pacific today. During this time, new logins to Hero Lab Online and Realm Works will be unavailable.

The store and account management websites will be down for maintenance until about 5:00 pm pacific.

Additionally, we plan to deploy an update to Hero Lab Online at approximately 5:00 pm (the exact time is TBD). The service will be unavailable for about 5-10 minutes. We will post here when we have a definite time.

UPDATE: The Hero Lab Online deployment mentioned above has been delayed until Tuesday morning (Feb. 25th) at approximately 10 AM pacific. The store and account management websites will be closed until the morning as well.

UPDATE: The deployment is now in progress, however it is taking longer than expected. We expect to be back up by about 10:30 AM pacific.
