Four Armed Gargoyle for Monstrous Physique 2

Hi all,

I would like to use the four armed gargoyle for Monstrous Physique 2, but it does not show up as option. It is published in AP 48, and as suggested elsewhere in this Forum, I activated the Carrion Crown AP for my hero, but that does not help. Anyone here knows what I need?
