Can't find Teams/Rooms for UC

I own UC, and have the only two options for it enabled, and Kingmaker too, and I can see Managers, Buildings, and Organizations. But I cannot find anyway to hire teams or do rooms...can someone point me in the right direction?

The options enabled I mean are:
Ultimate Campaign & Ultimate Campaign Systems.

I'm at a loss, thanks!

Once you've added the building or organization, click the hammer and wrench icon to customize it and choose which rooms/teams make it up.
