Realm Works / Hero Lab Licensing

I've gone over the licensing page, but I want to make sure I have the correct understanding of the licensing.

My girlfriend and I both DM separate 5e games. I bought her Realm Works for her birthday because she is nuts into world/campaign building and is running a home brew. I'm running Princes of the Apocalypse.

We both have a desktop, and both have a laptop. We use the desktop for campaign design, but when we run the game we bring our laptops to the table (and now hook them up to our big screen for player view).

I'm watching a lot of the videos, and I think that Hero Lab's combat manager could be a very helpful addition to running at the table but cost is becoming a concern. Is this setup what we would need to correctly execute our games:
* 2x Realm Works @ 49.99 ($100)
* 1x Hero lab @ 29.99 ($30)
* 1x Hero lab free additional @ 0 ($0)
* 2x hero lab license add ons @ 10.00 ($20)
Total purchase of $150

Is that the correct math, or is there a way to shave that price tag down?

Thanks!
