Pendning Mid-Nov Release Warning Notes

Due to some deep background code issues for this upcoming release, All users are urged to print and save rosters prior to the next release. While I have tested and found that older rosters do still work, an error code is generated that which does not stop them from being load but I wanted all users to be safe rather than sorry.

Due to computer crash, lost your email addy (technology!). I have been experimenting with ways of introducing Triumph & Treachery into files.
