Kiai (Spirit Shout) power
 

Hi folks,

Anyone out there know how to create the Kiai (spirit shout) power?

This power comes from Mastermind's Manual and is not in the list of powers available on Hero Lab. I also bought the Ultimate Power Pack.

It's really just an array. Easiest way, if this isn't a core part of your system, is just to build it up as its component powers. Another way is to template off of the Magic power, which is similarly an array with a series of plug-in powers you can add.

If you want to go the way of editing the rules, I can help you out in details, but I think that you'll get 90% of it by copying the Magic power and looking at how it's constructed.
