Regional Background Feats

I noticed there are no regional background feats listed. Such as the one from Champions of Valor: Bardic Tutelage. Will those be added or am I just missing where to find them?

A lot of the old content is not complete, and there may not be anyone working on those user files.
The Champions of Valor file for example, only has the Mystic Fire Knight "class" levels.
