Divine Fighting Technique (Desna's shooting star)
 

I'm building a PFS character and noticed that Hero Lab disallows all Divine fighting techniques for PFS with the exception of the Cayden Cailean's one. I did some research and can find no mention at all of why the other techniques would not be allowed in PFS.

Can someone confirm?

BTW, yes, I do have my alignment set to CG and Desna as my god.
