I submitted a bug report on this as well but figured I would post here

When creating a character with the Scholar of Ruins trait (on iPad) the app will not create the correct drop down box for selecting a skill to apply the bonus to, therefore doesn’t give you the class skill either

Version 4.25 came out about 6 years ago. If you submitted a bug report, you don't need to post here, especially not in an old thread that isn't relevant. I note you also posted the same bug to another thread - multiple postings aren't a good idea either.
