Skill Training Adjustments?
 

I can add a Temporary or Permanent Adjustment to add Skill Training, but I can't find any place to specify the Skills being trained. Am I missing something?

what's the title of the adjustment you're using? if you're adding Permanent Added Abilities-->Skill Training or Permanent Adjustments-->Skill Increases, then after adding the adjustment you have to go to the regular Skills tab (which should be gold-colored now) and select which skill to increase there.

I do, at which point if I increase the training on a Skill it tells me my resource is overspent.
