Renegade & Heretic Astra Militarum Data File

Hi,
I was just wondering if there is a way to build a Renegades & Heretics Astra Militarum army in Army Builder currently. The rules are in the Imperial Armour Index: Forces of the Astra Militarum. I have tried with the Chaos faction and with the Astra Militarum faction, and I can't seem to find it (if it exists). Thanks.
