Gravewalker animate dead access

I’m confused about what level a Gravewalker gets animate dead at. Is it level 6? I have a character at level 4 and have just received it as a bonus spell in herolabs, however I can’t prepare it.

Does anyone know what’s feeding into this to show it as a 4th level bonus spell?
