AB in Linux - Wine
VMware costs a solid chunk of change these days, and if you run Windows 2000 thats over $500 to run a few Windows toys. Unless there's some other licence that you can purchase from VMware that I'm unaware of?
I get exactly the same error, and I'm beginning to suspect it's because I'm using the 1.x registration disk instead of a newer 2.x registration disk. Are those people who've gotten AB to work under WINE using the newer CDs or not? --- In armybuilder@yahoogroups.com, Steve Mansfield <steve@g...> wrote: > I can't speak to Wine, but I use it in VMWare Windows XP all the time with no > problems at all. > > > It appears several people here have gotten AB to work under wine in > > linux; i have tried so far without success.
