Changing Super Hero Power Levels

I am wanting to do a Four Color super hero character but I cannot seem to figure out how to change the power points for the Arcane Background: Super Powers.

Go to Configure Hero and scroll down to Super Power's There are multiple settings to choose from, including Four Color

Also, make sure you have the Super Powers Companion second edition enabled...
