Has ANYONE done a data file for the Super Powers Companion?

From what I gather, the Arcane Background: Super Powers needs to be tweaked to allow you to spend your power points on buying powers, also to allow you to take one extra hindrance for 5 extra power points to spend on powers.

It's more than just "a tweak". To support the new purchasing approach for Super Powers, an entirely new mechanism needs to be implemented with the data files to support the process. It's a multi-day task, and there just hasn't been time for me to get that done with everything else on my plate right now. I need a clone that can also work 80+ hours a week to get everything done that's currently on my plate. :(
