Counting Feats taken and Bootstrapping racial custom abilities.
 

Sup folks

How does one access resSpent for feats, to tell how many feats a person has taken from the feat list? (as opposed to counting HasFeat.? which can be misleading because of all the abilities added to the hero through feats such as weapon/armor proficiency.

Also, I'm looking to bootstrap a racial custom special to a hero and no matter what I do it will not show up. I've tried adding it directly to a race, to auto-add helpers and I've also tried to force it to show using just about every tag I can think of.

I know its possible because I've seen it done for Eidolons in the Helper item Eidolon Natural Attack Limit (rcEidAtk). Which is honestly what I'm tying to emulate.
