How do I select Ravenguard from Space Marines, or a dynasty from Necrons?

These are getting baked in by the various faction volunteers. Stay tuned.

Likely it will be one of two mechanisms:
  1. Rules selection during roster creation
  2. Detachment options based on accumulated Faction Keywords.
