Permanently delete/remove Gear?
 

Hi all, this one is driving me crazy...

How do I delete/remove (not sell) a piece of gear from a character’s inventory? I must be just missing something. I know you can sell gear, but even if you “sell” it for no money, the app adds half the items value to your wealth.

Help!

During the sale, it pops up a dialog asking you to confirm the deletion, and shows you the amount it's being sold for, right? It defaults to half the value, but you can zero out the numbers on the dialog before confirming the deletion.

Your suggestion worked when I tested again with a different item.

Turns out it didn’t work with the first item I had tried, which happened to be “clothing, ordinary” when you select sell the money appears to default to zero, but once you actually sell it it puts 0.5 sp back into your wealth regardless.

Might be just this item that’s buggy.
