From the announcements thread:

On Wednesday morning (August 19) at 10 AM Pacific time (5 PM UTC), we plan to take Hero Lab Online, Realm Works, and our account/sales servers down for maintenance. We expect up to about 1 hour of downtime, though it may be less.

UPDATE: We are going to be down a few minutes past the initial projected hour but we expect to be back up in just a few minutes.
