Shadowrun 4e Techno critters
 

I am trying to get the e-critter Libertine Raccoon and I cannot find techno critters anywhere. Please help!! lol

Choose "Critter/Spirit" as the type of character to create, then choose Racoon as the race. Once that's added, an "Add optional modifications for this race" table will appear just under the race selection - add Libertine in that table.
