Disabled License
Hello team,
My license was disabled 10 days ago, 11 days ago I was using it and everything was fine. I submitted a case (Case 143657) on 01/13/2018. The automated response stated that I should have a response within three days, but it has been 10 days and I have not had a response. I have replied to the auto generated e-mail per the final paragraph of said e-mail, but have still received no response in the five days since. Any advice on what other steps I can take to get back into my account would be apprenticed |
