Lord of the Rings 5.0 available
 

Version 5.0 of the data files for Lord of the Rings SBG are now available.

- Added rules from the new rulebook, Middle-earth Strategy Battle Game
- Added profile changes from the new army book, Armies of Lord of the Rings
- Added profile changes from the new Hobbit-era PDF, Heroes and Villains of Middle-earth
- Added profiles for Guritz and Gothmog's Enforcer from the Forge World PDF
- Added additional rules for controlling what gets output

Please check Roster -> Change Rules ... to see the new output control rules.

Version 5.0 does not have an option to support older rule sets.

If you need to use the previous set of rules, please use the data files from version 4.14 instead.

I seem to be missing the Hobbit Sheriff options when making a Shire Battlecompany as you can get through reinforcements.

Is this unit planned to be added in the nearest future ?

Thanks for reporting that. It should be fixed in 5.1, which is available now.
