A minor hardware upgrade is being performed on Thursday morning (Aug 30th) at 10 AM Pacific time that will impact both Hero Lab Online and Realm Works. We've been informed that this upgrade will require no more than 15 minutes by our hosting provider, but everyone should assume that it may take longer, as we won't be doing it ourselves. As soon as the upgrade is completed, we'll bring everything up right away.

We got word from our hosting provider has been able to make the change with no downtime.

We're going to be doing an update to Hero Lab Online today (Thursday, 8/30) sometime in the next hour. This should not require any downtime, but its possible something could go wrong which could necessitate a brief period of downtime. We're hoping that doesn't need to happen, and will keep you posted.

NOTE: Once the fix is live, you will need to refresh your client to get it.

Tuesday morning (September 4th) at 10 AM Pacific time, we will be doing some maintenance on the servers involving the Realm Works servers and Hero Lab Online. The expected downtime will be around 1 hour.

We need to do a quick hotfix to fix an issue with Cantrips in both PF2 and SF. This is a client only change, so if all goes well, there will be no downtime, and no service interruption. It's possible something could go wrong though, in which case there might be a brief period of downtime. We're going to be deploying it around 11am Pacific time.

We discovered an urgent issue with the RW server that we need to fix ASAP. We are taking the RW server down for this deployment. It should be back up quickly.

We are doing a preparatory phase for migrating to new servers next week. This necessitates taking all of our servers down for approximately an hour and a half. This will be occurring at 10 AM Pacific time on Tuesday January 8. During this time, access to our account login/sales server, Hero Lab Online server, Realm Works server, customer support server, and Hero Lab Classic sales and licensing server will be unavailable.

We are planning on rolling out one of our regular HLO application updates tomorrow morning, Wednesday January 16th at 10am Pacific time. We're expecting about 30 minutes of downtime.
