Won't let me access
 

I just bought it and it won't let me log in to the actual client.

I have, but seeing as it's a weekend I don't expect to hear a response for at least 3 more days. Basically, when I enter my username and password I get "Authentication Error: Unable to log in with the provided credentials. If this error persists, please contact support for assistance."

I've flagged Support on the issue, so hopefully they'll be able to resolve if for you soon. That's a pretty typical error for using the wrong username or password (or both), so be sure to double check that you're really, actually using the right credentials. So you might want to try using the "Forgot username or password" link on the login page (here it is for convenience)
