We're planning to take Hero Lab Online, Realm Works, and our account login/sales server down Wednesday morning (10/17) at 10am Pacific time, in order to roll out an update to Hero Lab Online and also perform some maintenance. During the maintenance, access to both Hero Lab Online and Realm Works will be unavailable. We expect downtime to last up to 30 minutes.

We're planning a combined release of Hero Lab Online and our account login/sales server Wednesday morning (10/24) at 10am Pacific time. We expect downtime to last up to 1 hour.

Because the account server is involved, new logins to Realm Works will also be unavailable during this time, as well as sales for both Realm Works and Hero Lab Online.

We're planning a minor release for Hero Lab Online this morning (11/19) at 10 AM Pacific time. Downtime should be minimal. If there's any, it should be no longer than about 10 minutes or so.
