Unable to Connect
Whenever I try to logon to my laptop, I get a message that the account is already logged in. When I continue I get a "Unable to Connect" message.
I know that the password is correct, as I get a different message when trying to connect with a different password. I can log in on my desktop PC without any problems, it seems to only be an issue with my laptop. Does anyone know what to do about this? I already reported it to support, but I am in a bit of a hurry as its gaming night tomorrow, so I'm hoping anyone here can help :) |
We identified a problem on the server that we have resolved that should take care of this.

I have the exact same Problem. I need to have the Program running on my Notebook, because my Gaming Table is not in my Office with the main PC.

Same here. Created a new realm but told me there was a communication error. It was made locally, but I can't open it because it says it requires sync
Sync failed due to a communications failure. Check your network connections and try again. |
I was trying to sync and got the failed communications error twice, but it just worked for me on the third try.

I received the same error. It informed me i was already connected, which i confirmed i was not, then after agreeing to close the existing connection it attempted to communicate to the server before timing out and saying it was unable to connect.

However, it's only happening for me with attempts to create a new realm. I seem to be able to sync existing realms. |
Please try again. We had another hiccup with the server. I am investigating how to fix this permanently.
